Kasey - Community
Manager
Kasey has been with Patrician Management since January of 2026. She started her career in property management in 2013.
She is originally from Sarasota, FL and relocated to Georgia in 2025. She enjoys painting pottery, going on hikes, and attending concerts and comedy shows.
Her most favorite thing to do is travel and has visited 20 states and 4 countries so far. Her most favorite place has been Arizona.

Bill - Maintenance
Supervisor
Bill joined our maintenance team in April of 2021. He started in the maintenance industry over 45 years ago as a maintenance technician.
Bill is a Georgia native and was born at Grady hospital, so it is safe to say that Georgia will forever be his home. He has been married for 30 years, has two children, and loves his animals.
When he is not at work, you will find him with a big glass of sweet tea out on his pond fishing to get away from the hustle and bustle of the day. Next time Bill is zipping by on the golf cart, be sure to say hello!

Ka'Ron- Maintenance
Technician
Ka'Ron started with Patrician Management in January of 2021. This is his first position at an apartment community, but he has several years of experience with handyman work.
He is originally from Michigan and moved to Georgia with his wife and their two children. They have decided to call Newnan home permanently, but they still go back to Michigan often to visit!
During his free time, you can find Ka'Ron spending time with his family and helping out in the community. You definitely won't see him at one of our local seafood restaurants. He hates seafood!
